Homemade Cinnamon Bath Soak

So, make a bath soak at home is the simple way and easy ingredients. If you want to experience like in the spa center, you can make a homemade bath soak by the herbs ingredients. Do you love cinnamon? This is a recipe by using cinnamon. You only need a cup of powdered milk, baking soda, 3 tbs cornstarch, 2 tbs cream of tartar and 1 ½ tbs cinnamon. Mix it all together and you can sprinkle all of them into your bath tub with hot water. 

Homemade Sea Salt Bath Soak

The other simple way to make homemade bath soak from salt is used a salt and essential oils. First, you need to pour a cup of Epsom salt and mix with ¼ cup of sea salt. And then, add 2 drops of glycerin. It is very useful for moisturize your skin. Essential oil is used as a fragrance. So, you can put a several drops until the fragrance of it as strong as you want. You can also put some herbs like lavender. It can bring a good scent on your homemade bath soak. Stir all of together with a wooden spoon until combined in well. You can keep the bath salt on the jar or container. So, you can use it regularly while bathing. 

If you use sea salt bath soak regularly, it is very good for dry skin, acne, swelling, psoriasis, sport injuries and other problems. Besides of the physical beneficial, sea salt soak also good to reduce the stress level, deal with insomnia, increase the blood circulation and expelling toxin from the body. Sea salt bath soak also keep your skin soft and supple. It is because the mineral that contains on the sea salt. It is such as magnesium, calcium and sodium.
